Pricing & Payment
After placing your order. As soon as we have received authorisation of payment from your card provider, we will begin to process your order through our system. You will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order details. However, this is not an acceptance of the order. Your order constitutes an offer of the items within said order. We confirm acceptance of the order details by sending you another email, stating that the order has been processed and is starting the despatch process. The contract between us is thereby created upon sending the “shipment” email.
It is our policy to charge cards for payment upon taking an order even if the goods are not immediately available for shipment.
The prices on www.toollinekerry.ie/ are subject to change at any time.
We have a large number of products available on our site and, despite our best efforts, it is possible pricing errors may occur on our site from time to time. We are under no obligation to provide products at the incorrect price. Therefore, if a product needs to be increased in price we will either, contact you about the product’s price change before despatching the product or cancel the order and notify you of the action taken.
Extra surcharges may be incurred on large items or remote areas, you will be notified of any delivery changes on processing the order.
If an item is damaged upon delivery, make note of the damaged item on the delivery paperwork and contact us.
If for any reason any item(s) that you have ordered are going to exceed 14 days (2 weeks) delivery time, you shall be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel and a full refund will be issued.
Please note that all delivery times quoted are estimates and we have no liability to you in respect to such delivery dates not being met. It is down to you to ensure that the items are purchased with an adequate lead-time to suit your needs.
We currently do not ship outside of Ireland.

Our liability for any losses you suffer, as a result of our negligence in a contract is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item you purchased. It is the responsibility of the customer to adequately insure to cover such claims in excess of such amount.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude our liability. We are not responsible for any indirect losses which may occur as a side effect of the main loss or damage, whether or not foreseeable, including, but not limited by: loss of income, loss of business and loss of data.
We understand that there may be restrictions or unforeseen problems with certain orders, and appreciates your co-operation during such events.
By placing an order for an age restricted product you declare that you are 18 years of age or older and that delivery of the goods will be accepted by a person over 18 years of age. We take various steps to ensure the goods are being lawfully ordered and collected. We will contact you about the related order, if there is a need to.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we believe you are not legally entitled to order / receive restricted products.
Cancellation & Returns
Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing e.g.: via email.
If you decide to change your mind about an order and wish to cancel, within 14 working days of delivery. We will process an exchange or full refund for the cost of the product, any additional delivery charge will not be refunded, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014). However, you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the item to us and ensuring that it arrives in good condition. You will receive a refund as soon as possible, in any case, within 30 days from the day of cancellation.
Items must be returned in a saleable condition, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if it is not in a saleable condition.
If an exchange is required on any returned item(s)a redelivery fee will be debited from your refund to cover the cost of carriage from ourselves to you.
Please note that the 14 day “cooling off” cancellation period does not apply to customised products made to the customers specification. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Products returned because they are faulty will be inspected upon arrival and then refunded within 30 days of the refund confirmation e-mail being sent out to you. When returning faulty goods to us you must contact us first, for authorisation. We will then set up a return collection or advise you of a return delivery procedure. Goods that are deemed to be faulty by us will be refunded in full, including the charge for return delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason and a full refund will be issued.
Not all items sold by us are supplied with manufacturer’s guarantees or warranties, various manufacturers may also vary in the length of such guarantees or warranties for various products.
www.toollinekerry.ie/ endeavours to communicate the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer(s), for any item(s) purchased by the customer.
Neither party shall be under liability for any delay, loss or damage caused wholly or in part by an Act of God, Governmental restriction condition or control or by reason of any act done or not done pursuant to a trade dispute whether such dispute involves its servants or not or by reason of any other act, matter or thing beyond the reasonable control of the company.
